Motivation & Behavior Change

What have you been thinking of changing or doing differently?

What are you considering doing more of? Or less of?

Which habits or behaviors can you change to improve your well-being?

Whether it’s exercising more, eating healthier, drinking less alcohol, sleeping better, unplugging from our phones, spending less time on social media, watching less television, or reducing stress and tension, there are many changes we can make! Altering our choices and modifying our habits can improve our physical and emotional health.

Let’s discuss changes that are important to you. We can explore the advantages and disadvantages of a behavior change. We can discuss how the change relates to what you care about and value. We may need to increase your confidence by reviewing your past success and your strengths. We will develop SMART goals (small, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-specific).

Once you are in action, we will assess how you can maintain your change in the long-run. We need to make sure your lifestyle and the others areas of your life support your change.
